These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of BCloudMail’s website and services, including our Email Campaign Packages, Business Email Hosting, and WhatsApp Business Packages. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
BCloudMail provides cloud email campaign infrastructure, business email hosting, and WhatsApp Business messaging packages for South African businesses. Full details and current pricing for each service are available on our Email Campaign Pricing, Business Email Hosting, and WhatsApp Packages pages.
Pricing and Billing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Packages are billed monthly with no lock-in contracts and no setup fees. Prices and package features may be updated from time to time; we will make reasonable efforts to keep our pricing pages current.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our email and messaging services responsibly and in line with South African law, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). You may not use our platform to send unsolicited bulk email or messages to recipients who have not consented to receive them, or to distribute unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that we reasonably believe are being used to send spam or abuse our infrastructure.
Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the nature of our services and the involvement of third-party providers, we are unable to offer refunds. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team; services already provided up to the point of cancellation are not refunded. You may also upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by contacting support.
Support
Standard support includes bug fixes to keep your campaigns running and ongoing server support with regular maintenance and troubleshooting for your dedicated app and email servers. Custom support beyond this — such as specialised technical assistance or custom configuration — is available for an additional fee. See our FAQ for more detail.
Intellectual Property
The BCloudMail name, logo, and website content are the property of BCloudMail and may not be used without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of the content and data you upload or send through our platform.
Limitation of Liability
While we take reasonable care to keep our services available and reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, BCloudMail will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
