- Dedicated App/Email Server upgrades: if your business grows beyond your package’s specifications, upgrading vCPU, disk space, or memory carries additional fees.
- DNS Hosting: basic setup and hosting are included; advanced or professional DNS services incur additional fees.
- Setup Fee: initial server setup is free; custom configuration beyond the standard setup carries extra charges.
- Email Sending Capacity: exceeding your package’s daily sending capacity may require upgrading to a higher package.
- Support: standard bug fixes and server support are included; custom support beyond this is billed separately.
